Returns
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality. Every attempt is made to ensure that goods arrive with you in perfect condition.
We have a 'no quibbles' returns policy wherby if you change your mind please return the goods to us unopened and unworn withhin 14 days and we will offer you an exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where an item is damaged or broken please advise us within 48 hours by e mail at info@jewelleryshores.com and we will exchange the item for same or return your monies.
If an item becomes damaged then the designer may wish to repair the item which in some cases can mean up to 4/6 weeks before the piece is repaired and returned .
When returning jewellery to us
- Please use the returns label provided which can be put over the label on the same package in which you received
- Please do send the packaging and box back to us
- Please note there will be NO return on earrings for hygeine reasons.
- Please put the correct postage on the package.
- Jewellery Shores are not responsible for the cost of the return. If the jewellery is damaged upon delivery we will return the postage back to you once we are in receipt. * please see exception below.
*As an exception is if postage and packaging was free we will not refund the postage and packaging when you return the goods.
